Where are my tickets? If you purchased tickets your name(s) will be on the event check-in list. You do not need a physical ticket. You will get your bid number and drink tickets at check-in.
Is it a sit down dinner? Should I go out to dinner first? No and no! While this is not a sit-down dinner, there is reserved seating for our Diamond, Gold and Platinum sponsors and VIPs. Plenty of tables and chairs will be available and we have variety of fabulous food items!
The Doors open at 7:00 PM and food and beverage service will start at this time.
Dinner will be available until about 8:30 PM when the Live Program begins
What should I wear? Cocktail attire is appropriate
What are drink tickets?
- Drink tickets are required at each of the bars. Each guest will receive two (2) tickets for beer or wine. If you would like additional beverages or prefer something from a full bar, you may purchase tickets at the cashiers by the bars.
- Please note only cash and Carmel Country Club or reciprocal club charges may be used at the cashiers for the additional drink tickets, no credit cards will be accepted.
- Additional Drink tickets will cost:
- Beer $10.00
- Wine $10.00
- Liquor Drink $14.00
- Soft drinks are complimentary
What is a Super Silent Auction? There will be a limited number of high value, high demand items that can only be bid on by attendees of the Gala. There is no online auction accompanying the Gala this year. This Super Silent auction enables us to provide attendees with the opportunity to bid on a limited number of great items that may have been in the online auction in the past. To place a bid, participants must handwrite their bidder number and bid amount in the first empty row. We will have a Super Silent table hostess to provide assistance and answer any questions. The Super Silent Auction will close at 10 PM.
What is Live Appeal? Live Appeal is an invitation to support CCHS in a meaningful way with a donation. If you choose to donate, please keep your bidder number raised till a hostess confirms your bid number and amount with you.
